Data collected

Only the data entered in the contact form (name, email, phone, town, need, message). No data is collected without your knowledge; the site uses no cookies, no trackers and no analytics tools.

Purpose & legal basis

Responding to your contact or quotation request (pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Processing

Your message is forwarded by email to contact@my-electrotech.fr through the Gandi mail service. No database: the site stores no personal data.

Retention period

For as long as needed to handle the request and the related commercial follow-up, then deleted (at most 3 years after the last contact, CNIL guidelines).

Recipients

ELECTROTECH BY NM only. Technical subprocessors: Netlify (hosting, technical logs) and Gandi (email delivery).

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability — on request to contact@my-electrotech.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Only the French version is legally binding.
